The 2023 Advent Reflection on Modern Slavery on 2 December promises to be a beautiful and inspiring evening of readings and music featuring tenor Paul O’Neill, organist Andrew Brown and the St Elizabeth of the Trinity Choir conducted by Emma Oorschot.
A little team was co-ordinated to organise the day held on Saturday, 7 October, and a small bus was hired to leave from Our Lady of Lourdes Church Rockingham.

The musical event was held under the motto “A Wise Deed,” and all the collected funds — $1600 Australian dollars — were directed towards supporting the Patriarchal Foundation “Mudra sprava” (Wise Deed).
Ordained in 1998, Fr Paul has this month celebrated his 25th anniversary to the priesthood, following four years of study in Rome, having also built two Churches in the parish of Gingin-Chittering.
