The inaugural Catholic Social Services Western Australia Symposium ‘Walking with his people’ held on 24 and 25 November at Newman Siena attracted a wide range of speakers from leaders within the Catholic welfare service delivery.
Three long-serving and dedicated volunteers at Southern Cross Care WA have been awarded Volunteer Appreciation awards for their significant contribution to the lives of residents, clients and their families.
Pastoral support for parish priests is now available through the Archdiocese of Perth, with the launch of the new Clergy Professional Pastoral Supervision program on Tuesday 26 October.

Parents of Identitywa recipient Maeve, Brian and Heather can plan their 22-year-old daughters future, thanks to the on-going support of Identitywa and their Individualised Living Option (ILO). The parents say, that without the support, they would not be able to manage Maeve’s transition to independent living.
