Our stories this month look at the various dynamics of family life in today’s society – an issue that affects all of us and, most importantly, the role the Church has in providing the spiritual nutrition that is needed to sustain us.
Much of this discussion has stemmed from the recent release of Pope Francis’ Apostolic Exhortation, Amoris Laetitia, The Joy of Love.
As Archbishop Costelloe SDB explains, the document encourages the whole Catholic community to recognise the beauty of human love, especially as it is embodied in marriage and in the family.
