Attended by student representatives from 25 schools, the Secondary Schools Forum for LifeLink Day was held at Aranmore Catholic College and livestreamed to Catholic schools across the Archdiocese.
Nageena Maskinyar was a student under the Job Ready program, where she undertook the taster program at Centacare Employment and Training.
“Identitywa has a Housing Strategy, and a strong commitment to providing high-quality housing that will see over 12 new homes built in a three-year period,” explained Identitywa Board Chair, Graeme Mander.

In his address for the 2022 LifeLink Day launch for primary schools, Archbishop Costelloe began by defining the word ‘hero’ as “someone who is admired for their courage, outstanding achievements, or noble qualities.”
Catholic school students have celebrated LifeLink Day in virtual space, this year, asking Archbishop Timothy Costelloe SDB what he sees as the trends needing the Church’s social action.

“Faith in action” is demonstrated each year through the Archbishop’s LifeLink winter appeal. This year was no exception – as representatives from Catholic Secondary and Primary Schools, gathered for a rare opportunity to dialogue with Perth Archbishop and Plenary Council President Timothy Costelloe SDB, and witness the official launch of LifeLink Day.
