St Mary’s University College Belfast and The University of Notre Dame Australia are delighted to launch a new phase of cooperation between the two institutions, with the recent signing of a new Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) aiming to foster collaboration and scholarly exchange.

Catholic Education Commission WA Chair, Ms Eva Skira AM has last week announced the appointment of former Federal MP, Celia Hammond and National Director for Marist Schools Australia, Dr Frank Malloy, as new commissioners.

Speaking on the occasion of the 2023 Beginning of the Year Mass for Catholic Education, Auxiliary Bishop Don Sproxton told of the work of St John Bosco, highlighting that those present are called to help children of all abilities and backgrounds, to embark on the pathway of education, on the pathway to personal growth, to be equipped to take their place creatively in society.

With enrolments now open for 2023, Acts 2 College of Mission and Evangelisation Principal Jane Borg says the most popular course offered is the Diploma of Catholic Youth Ministry.
Mrs Borg explained that this course involves a year studying scripture, theology, and ministry skills to prepare them to serve the Church in youth ministry.
