A hyper-realistic, volumetric artwork of the body of Christ as revealed on the Shroud of Turin is on display at the Cathedral of Salamanca, as part of a “pilgrim” exhibition visiting five continents.
The artwork of Rockingham parishioner Gonzalo Skinner can be seen across the Archdiocese of Perth, with different styles ranging from stained glass, sandblasted glass, acrylic structures and sculptures.
Hailing originally from a small town in Peru, Gonzalo continues to draw inspiration from his mum, who showed him different techniques and styles from a young age.
