More than 150 people came together for an evening at Thornlie Parish for a dinner dance, in an effort which raised more than $2500 to support the parish youth group.
Held on Saturday 2 June, the night was filled with joy and laughter, led by Sacred Heart Youth Thornlie’s leadership team, and saw a variety of games, raffles and dancing, with live music by local band ‘Tale of Two Citiez’.
Funds from the night will be used to help youth leaders at the parish take part in any training needed to help in their service to the Church, as well as to the ongoing costs of sustaining the youth group.
