Emeritus Archbishop Hickey has earlier this month visited the Emmaus Community to celebrate Mass and bless two new statues.
The social outreach organisation gifted a collection of statues of saints which have now been put on display around the grounds of the community live-in organisation.
Archbishop Emeritus Hickey spoke about the life of Padre Pio, including his stigmata and it’s meaning for the community today.
