Lumen Christi’s year 12 belle’s and beau’s shine at their ball

The Year 12s of Lumen Christi looked every bit the part at their Year 12 Ball, held on Wednesday, April 11, at the Esplanade Hotel in Fremantle.

Our young ladies were beautifully dressed in gowns while our young gentleman were handsomely dressed in formal attire.

This made it very difficult for the Lumen staff to select the Belle and Beau of the night.

This year’s ball had to be the best that I have ever attended in all my years at Lumen Christi College.

There was a buzz of enthusiasm and eagerness in our students to have a “ball of a time”. Joy and excitement filled the room.

It was wonderful to see students dancing and there were many times when every Lumen student and their partners were all on the dance floor getting their groove on. Teachers joined in and the students saw their teachers in a new light.

This year’s cohort of Year 12 students is such a close-knit bunch. They get along with each other so well and they are always looking out for each other.

It makes the job of organising the Ball each year so worthwhile when you have students that appreciate all the hard work put into it.
