See blockbuster exhibitions from galleries around the world in more ”Breathtaking detail” than ever seen before  giving viewers, for the first time ever, a front row seat to the world’s greatest art in high definition on the big screen.

Enjoy an immersive exploration of Michelangelo’s legendary artistic practice, including his work in painting, sculpture and architecture, coinciding with the acclaimed new exhibition at National Gallery of London, which includes in-depth and visually stunning examinations of David in Florence, the Sistine Chapel in Rome, and the Manchester Madonna.

Audiences have a rare chance to get up close to the mesmerising Rothschild Bronzes, which, following an extensive research project carried out by academics in Cambridge in 2015, were positively attributed to Michelangelo after over a century of debate.

In addition the exhibition presents a fresh new biography of Michelangelo, incorporating expert views from scholars including art critics Martin Gayford and Jonathan Jones, contemporary artist Tania Kovats, and Vatican Museums Deputy Director, Professor Arnold Nesselrath.

This new exhibition at the National Gallery of London, offers a full and fresh biography of Michelangelo who, with Leonardo, is considered one of the greatest artists of the Renaissance – and perhaps of all time.

This film explores his relationship with his contemporaries and his immense artistic practice that included painting, sculpture and architecture. Among the works explored are the universally adored David in Florence, the Sistine Chapel in Rome and the Manchester Madonna.

This major new film goes to the heart of just who was this tempestuous, passionate giant of art history.

Exhibition on screen is filmed exclusively for cinema, presenting breath-taking works of art on the big screen in stunning high definition.

Key Work to be featured includes The Madonna of the Stairs, c.1490,  Battle of the Centaurs, c. 1492, Wooden Crucifix, 1492, Bacchus, 1496-97, The Pietà, 1498–99, David Apollo, 1530, David, 1501-04, Tomb of Pope Julius II, 1505-45, Crouching Boy, 1530, The Deposition, 1547-55, The Entombment, 1500-01, Sistine Chapel ceiling, 1508–12, The Last Judgement, 1535–41, The Fall of Phaeton, c. 1533 and the Punishment of Tityus, 1533.
