Aquinas College Director of Spirituality Dr Andrew Kania says he has witnessed a significant amount of generosity for war-torn Ukraine, including many Australian families cancelling holidays and birthday parties in order to donate for the freight costs of consignments.

Speaking for the annual end of year Mass for Caritas Australia, Perth Archbishop Timothy Costelloe reminded those present that the Church should always be the first healer of wounds and warmer of hearts to all those we meet.
Cathedral Dean Rev Dr Sean Fernandez said he is humbled by the generosity of the volunteers, following a special function, Saturday 19 November.

The doors of St Charles Seminary were opened in 1942, following the purchase of block of land known as Garden Hill in Guildford.
The Seminary has this month celebrated it’s 80th anniversary, with past and present students, rectors, and special guests coming together to mark the occasion.
