Prendiville Catholic College has last month made the single largest contribution by any Archdiocesan school to LifeLink Day since its inception in 1999.
Representatives from Prendiville College, including students Nicole Bowman, Jason Mule, Callan Williams and Kate Avery, together with Principal Mark Antulov, Director of Mission and Identity Karen Rice and Aboriginal Liaison Officer Cheryl Lennox-Bradley were last month invited to join Archbishop Costelloe for morning tea, where they presented him with a cheque of $26,560.
College Principal Mark Antulov said he is very honoured the students worked together to raise funds for the donation.
“The Student Council under the guidance of teacher Mr Ryan Lockyer, are to be commended on inspiring the whole College community to recognise the work of LifeLink and encourage generosity and support,” Mr Antulov said.
